  10 mg of golden tomato carotenoids (Lumenato™ ), and 160 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, MenaquinGold®. These dosages have been clinically studied and shown to be effective and safe. It's best to take this supplement containing a fat-soluble vitamin with a meal or snack containing healthy fat to maximize absorption in the digestive tract.
