RETURN POLICY
Any product purchased from COEM can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unopened. No products which have been opened can be returned due to health and safety reasons without exception.
RETURNS are the responsibility of the customer unless items are shipped in error. No refunds will be processed until items are returned and checked for an unopened status.
REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED VIA THE SAME PAYMENT CHANNEL AS MADE UPON PURCHASE. COEM has no control over how long the refund process takes. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email receipt showing the refund. You will need to follow up with your credit card company or financial institution or online transaction platform to confirm when actual funds will be credited back to your account.
NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD.
