LOYALTY REWARDS

Earn Loyalty Rewards on every purchase which can be used for additional discounts on future orders. Click on Offers to check for any special discounts any time you receive an email or sms message. ALWAYS click on offers, then click to REDEEM the offer, and lastly click 'APPLY TO CART' to ensure the offer is applied against the total for the items in your cart. PLEASE READ BELOW for step by step instructions on how to register for the loyalty rewards program and wellness store and how to use the widget and redeem offers.

HOW DO LOYALTY REWARDS WORK?

On your phone or laptop click on the blue COEM LOYALTY REWARDS widget found on the top right corner of the website.

CLICK REGISTER OR LOGIN

If this is your first time using the Loyalty Rewards Program please click on the Register Link.
REGISTER ON COEM WELLNESS STORE
Next the widget will open the registration page for the wellness store where you need to click on 'CREATE AN ACCOUNT'
Fill out the required fields and click Register when ready to complete the registration.
Shop Now
Update your preferences and click save.
After completing your profile preferences click the left arrow and you will be taken to the widget Homepage. You will see this when you open the widget in the future. It will show what tier of rewards you are on. The more you spend, the more points you earn, the higher tier you achieve. Each tier has a bonus multiplier for points. Always check Rewards to see what is available to you to redeem. CLICK OFFERS anytime you want to see special offers. IF you receive an email or SMS text message with an offer you will need to click on OFFERS to see the OFFER details.
Once you click the offers tab you will see any and all offers available to you with the details of what is being offered and if it expires. CLICK ON THE OFFER YOU WISH TO USE IN ORDER TO REDEEM IT.
REDEEM AN OFFER
REVIEW the details of the offer. If you are ready to use the offer, please click on the 'REDEEM NOW' button to take benefit of this available offer.
Don't forget to click the apply to cart button!
The last and most important step is to click on APPLY TO CART. Unless you do this the offer is not applied to the open cart back on the wellness store.

OFFER SHOWN IN CART

Only after you clicked on 'Apply to Cart' will the actual offer you redeemed be applied to your open cart on the wellness store. You will know it worked because you will see COUPON DISCOUNT shown in the amount of the offer. The coupon code will also appear. The amount of the coupon offer will also be shown below the coupon. THAT'S IT! You have successfully registered for the wellness store, loyalty program, and redeemed an offer.
