Existing Patient Allergy Testing - 5 Day (Discounted)

Add on fee for an existing patient to have unlimited allergy testing for a total of 5 days from 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm to 3:30 pm. The speed with which testing is performed is dictated by the number of people in allergy testing and the reactivity of the patient. There is no limit as to the number of antigens which can be tested during the aformentioned times.

The 5 days can be completed in one week or a combination of dates that work for a patient's schedule as long as all testing is completed in 90 days from the date of purchase. No exceptions. Any unused days will be forfeited after this time period.
